		<description>I suggest that you use the copper etching plates.  The economy copper will have a machined finish on it and will require polishing with brown, white, red, and blue compounds (in that order) before it&#039;s ready to be plated.

I believe that the etching plates are in a state such that a quick tickle with blue compound on an unstitched wheel will prepare them for plating.</description>
